Plan Ahead this Thanksgiving & Dress Responsibly

Diane von Furstenberg may not have known when her television series aired on the E network that it would inspire my Turkey Day attire but with the amount of tunics shown, I am reminded to wear resort wear with Fall accessories – pulling off a flawless look. I am so excited now to pick out a fabulous free flowing oversized dress, enjoy my Thanksgiving meal eating as much as possible, & confidently stand up from the dinner table knowing I still look damn good! Thank you DVF💋

DVF’s advice on her new show, House of DVF: “Confidence” “Sincerity” & “Kindness” (basically)  –  and I couldn’t agree more  –  however after watching these young girls compete to become the new DVF Brand Ambassador – it’s easy to see their naiveness &/or bitchiness -these traits have to be learned.  My advice – if you don’t convey these traits – fake it ’til you make it.

The Woman I Wanted to Be by Diane Von Furstenberg

P.S.    I’m so looking forward to curling up by the fire this holiday weekend & reading this Living Legend’s newly published memoirs, The Woman I Wanted to Be.  I can’t help but feel I will read this book in its entirety with an accent…

  1. Great advice for comfort and style ..Looking for my sweet pototo pie recipe and leggings now.

  2. Love it! But I ask the question- is there ever a wrong time to wear a tunic?? Haha!
